Call for Special Session Proposals
Special Sessions offer a focused forum for presenting cohesive research under a unified thematic framework. These sessions may span one or more conference tracks while maintaining a clear and consistent topical focus. They are particularly suitable for research groups, collaborative projects, and teams of aligned authors seeking to present their work in an integrated and organized manner.
Organization Guidelines
- Each Special Session may include one invited speaker in addition to contributed papers.
- Session organizers are responsible for curating all session content, including the selection of authors and presenters.
- Special Sessions are typically organized by invitation, and open calls for papers are not generally anticipated.
- All session participants, including organizers and invited speakers, must complete conference registration as attendees.
Submission Requirements
Proposals must be submitted including the following information:
- Session title and proposed duration
- Motivation and background rationale
- Detailed session structure and content overview
- Promotion plan (if applicable)
Session Format
- Each Special Session will be allocated a 2-hour time slot.
- Sessions will run concurrently with regular technical sessions during the conference.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on the following criteria:
