Welcome to PSCE 2027

Sponsored by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the 2027 International Conference on Power Systems and Control Engineering (PSCE) will be held in Hong Kong from August 18-20, 2027.

PSCE 2027 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, industry professionals, and graduate students to exchange and share their experiences and research findings on all aspects of power systems and control engineering. The conference will feature keynote speeches, plenary sessions, panel discussions, and technical paper presentations covering both theoretical advances and practical applications.

Conference Proceedings

All submitted full papers will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted papers that are successfully registered and presented at the PSCE will be included in the conference proceedings.



Full Paper Submission

Papers must contain original work not previously published or under review elsewhere, with proper references to related research.

Page limit: 4–10 pages. Regular registration covers 6 pages; extra pages cost USD 70 each.

All accepted papers must be presented at the conference. At least one author per paper must register at the full rate before the deadline.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts are accepted for presentation-only proposals. If you wish to present your work at the conference without publishing a full paper, you may submit an abstract only. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation but will not be published in the conference proceedings.
